Community

There is not very much of a Purple community yet. The project has been under development for around a year, but only by a single programmer (Emil Brink) working in-house at PDC, KTH. The code has been in public CVS since more or less day one, but there hasn't been much external interest. This site exists partly to try and change that.

Because the lack of need, there is not yet much support infrastructure in place for a Purple community; it is up to the community itself to chose those. What exists is:


The verse-dev mailing list. While this is a general list for Verse-related issues, it is suitable as a starting point for Purple too. Feel free to post on any aspect of Purple.
The author tends to hang out on #verse on FreeNode. Using IRC to keep in touch is very convenient.
