Once again this year a Conference will take place in Montréal (Quebec/Canada) during the same weekend (15 and 16 of October) as the official Amsterdam Blender Conference. We have been preparing everything in the last couple of days/weeks and we feel this year will be better in every way possible! We are asking everyone who plans to attend to fill in an inscription form that is located on our website: projet.linart.qc.ca/blender/
Also be sure to check our T-Shirt offer, we will be making a small profit per t-shirt so we can buy some prizes (t-shirts or things from the blender.org e-shop) for the small modelling challenge we'll have on Sunday, October 16th.
During the two days of the conference we'll have several persons giving presentations and tutorials about different aspects of blender such as the interface, modelling basisms, texturing (uv mapping, procedural texturing etc..), organic modelling (edge loop), particle system, softbody, the new animation system, and way more! If you want to take part in the conference by giving such a presentation, be sure to tell us using the inscription form on the website! Share your knowledge with the rest of us!
The conference will most likely take place at the same place as the year before, at the Bois-De-Boulogne school. Be sure to check our website daily, or as often as you can, because we'll be updating it and posting a map and some directions to get to the school.
If you need more info be sure to email me at xwarrior [at] hotmail.com (with a revelant subject title) or visit the post I made over elysiun.com here: www.elysiun.com/forum/viewtopic.php

As time goes on and Blender code grows and we get to become old acquaintances, the program forces us to meet nearer to our own cities - this place is now Zaragoza. Get an embrace!
Blender and Yafray meet once again with their people in Spain, this time in Zaragoza. The meeting will be the first weekend in November.
