SciVis - Scientific Visualization Unit

We use Blender to animate and visualize biological entities, mostly proteins.
To do this, we have implemented several scripts and programs that allow biologists to use Blender together with other scientific programs such as pyMOL and VMD. We also have a blog where you can post your comments and/or questions.
