My Space Navigator works in 2.63, but not in 2.64.

How can I fix?

I've tried:

-reinstalling SpaceNavigator beta drivers
-removing, then adding, blender as an applicaton in the spacenav pref pane.

I only get one response: the right button on the Space Nav zooms to blender's world center. Nothing else works.
