Can this be done in Blender?

Postby bitnaughty » Sat Nov 24, 2012 7:54 pm

Hi,
I am curious about VFX, but it seems to me that that kind of thing ONLY involves modelling something and then compositing it with "reality".
What I want is to know whether THIS could be possible in Blender:
The Nelly Furtado "Powerless" video.

Here's the Youtube link:

Thanks for your replies.

yeah, you can do things like that with blender! Adobe AfterEffects might be easier for this, but hey, blender is for free. And it's still compositing even if you don't add 3d models.

Oh, thanks TONS, CodeManX for your reply :)

I didn't get the 2nd video, but then, I'm not too familiar with Blender yet. But anyway, I WILL try and learn it from now on.
THanks! :)
