Hello,

I am very new to blender. I have imported an .obj but I cannot see the texture that it comes with it. The texture is a bitmap in the same file directory. I added the texture manually, although the texture is not positioned correctly (texture for eyes, mouth, teeth are in all the wrong places). Does that mean that I have to do UV mapping for every object I have that I want to be textured? Is there not some drag and drop for the texture, it works like that in the game engine I'm using (unity).

Thanks in advance for your help.

make sure blender can find the textures (see texture tab) and the viewport is in "Textured" mode.

You should enable GLSL shading (view3d > N panel > display) and texture mapping coordinates should be set to UV. If the texture is still misaligned, something went wrong with the model...
