Why rectangular texture on plane appears as circle on camera

Why rectangular texture on plane appears as circle on camera

I have a plane with a scene background. when viewed in rendered mode it displays as intended:

but when viewed from camera i get cropped circle from center of the plane

funny thing is that scaling the plane up don't affect visible circle size. i still have black edges only texture inside scales. How to fix it??
I could just add background later with gimp but it will still bother me.

PS what is that orange triangle with F_18 on timeline? Think it appear after converting fluid to mesh but i'm not sure cause i noticed it long after that.
