I used Inkscape to create and export an SVG image. I want to import it into Blender and create 3D image from it. The tutorial said I need to select 2d in the Options tab. I've looked all over Blender, and I cannot locate this tab. I've Googled "blender 2d view".

Where is the "options" tab located? thanks

Assuming your Blender window configuration is the default. The 2d tab is located on the right side within the properties window. Once you have a curve selected you will be given the option for 2d/3d curves.
