chat icon Need Help, Grainy Render

Im relatively new to Blender so Im not sure why exactly this is happening. Can someone tell me?

I totally have the same thing happen to me too. I'm sorry that I don't have an answer for you, but I am also interested in seeing if someone can answer this question.

Without better explanation about what we should be looking for, I am going to take a guess that you mean the shading on the interior panes of the TIE wings.

My best guess is that the exterior surface and the interior and exterior surfaces are sharing the same space and you are seeing Z-fighting between them.

Select the outside faces and move them away from the center by .001 and see if they clear up. You may also wish to mark them as smooth.

Thanks for the help, I took the advice and unfortunately nothing happened.... but I selected those faces and then deleted them (faces not vertices or edges) and bamo! they were gone. So thanks for the help and if it didn't work for you Local306 then maybe try what I did. Thanks again
