Hey guys, I have a NVIDIA quadro fx 1700, I think it is cuda enabled, yet I can't find it in the rendering device, I only find CPU, also the cycles always renders with lots of noise no matter what I do, does it have anything to do with the rendering device?

Did you install nVidia's CUDA software?

yeah, I've just intalled it right now, but it seems the compute capability that I have is just 1.1.
