A friend and I are planning on making a realtime 3D rpg, but we do not have the cash to purchase the uber expensive 3D apps that are available. So I suggested Blender as it is open source and freely available.
Our dilema is that we would like to export the models we buld in Blender to be used in the OpenGL app that we are designing that may, or may not, be using the Quake 2 GPLed engine. Does anyone know of a way to get the models into a format that use for this purpose? Any help would be greatly appriciated!
