I found a bug in version 2.28a that makes it essentially unworkable on the three systems I have used it on, but have no way to report it. Despite the report page saying to use the bug tracker, the bug tracker is nonfunctional and the email I sent about it to webmaster got bounced back as unsendable. What can I do about this?

You can post it here for now (or probably if it's more appropriate to interface/rendering/animation/python/etc, in one of those forums). Hopefully projects.blender.org will be back up soon

Actually, I found the answer at the elysiun site. It was the thing where clicking load image in the texture buttons causes the program to crash.
