Here is a windows version of tuhopuu that is from the 2004-01-20 CVS checkout. I have patched it with a mod to the extrude tool that removes the pop-up 'extrude' and makes the tool seemless if cancelled (there are no extra verts to get rid of with U) So extrude is seen as one function rather than a combination of duplicate verts and connect, combined with a transform.
