Hair on a Character!!! so my Question is How can i Animate Natural Real Movements of Hair...?

of the Animation Master Programm.
They used Dynamics!
so.......is there a scrypt for Blender for this or something else?
So my Question is:Is something like this Possible in Blender in the Moment?

no. and the way hair is in blender is really a hack right now, not a real method by at all like the current indy softares out there
