Someone Please Teach the rest of Us, Thanks!!

Postby IngieBee » Mon Oct 14, 2002 5:41 am

Hi

This is a call for help. I need (and I bet a lot of other people would like as well) a tutorial on how to set up all the files in a compiler program. I don't understand how it should be set up. I bet it's not so different in principle to do it on DEVC++, vs MSVS or even Kdev., etc.....

an anyone write up a "Compiling Blender for Dummies" tutorial Please?

I'm hoping my sister will find the time to help me, and if I can get her help, I'll definately do a tutorial, but she is so busy, I can't seem to pin her down (although I actually got her to download the sources! :P )

So someone who programs, could you get the rest of us started please?

Thanks so much!!!

Love Ingie

better wait until the programmer heads find a way around the missing libraries in blender to be able to make it compile.

Missing libraries? Don't tell me blender's got chunks of non GPL libraries removed now!

Fortunatly there are tons of 3d function libraries on sourceforge!
