does anyone know of a method that can basicly make it look like dirt is flying? For example, in a horse race, even from far away you can see mud/dirt flying.
Also, what about realistic dirt textures?

Did you already consider using particles with a cloud texture where hard noise is for mud/dirt and soft noise w/alot of alpha for dust?

hmm, I did not think of the hard noise part...
