Where do you want us to submit bugs?

The website doesn't make it very clear. BugTracker is there clear as day, but I can only view bugs, not submit them. It shows me being logged in as "Website User (viewer)".

I could be wrong but I believe the reason is were not ready for
bugs yet. If you have some patches you think should be applied
post them here and or a link to them and someone will take a look
at them eventually. Right now the focus is to get things building
cleanly for most general users.
