Hi,
I was wondering if there was a tutorial, PDF doc..... something talking about actuators. It would be a good reference if we had one.
If not maybe someone will make one....hmm It's gonna be me huh?

Hmm, maybe you thought of some "free" documentation, but there's already a doc in blenders e-shop. The "Reference to Blenders real-time 3D engine" comes with descriptions for actuators. It's currently 8€ or $.
