We all know about these great open source projects. Can they be integrated with Blender? It seems like with all this good code out there, we could be on the verge of something wonderful; if things are put together in the right way.

Wings3D
http://www.wings3d.org/

Open Scenegraph
http://www.opensg.org/

GTK+
http://www.gtk.org/

Python GTK bindings

Moonlight3D
http://ml3d.sourceforge.net/

btw, wings3D is BSD open source, does anyone know what happens when you take BSD and mix it with GPL code?
