Hey guys, I'm trying to animate a simple rod syncronised with the wood stick that Im jerking around in the movie clip, I have the movie clip as a background but can't figure out how to sync the two together. How can I do this? and is there any tutorials that deal with animating with movie clips?

Thanks Kidb, I did everything the tutorial showed but something strange happens when I go to render it. It renders us fighting with the sabers but it sporadically has these spots where the screen brightens to a horrible blinding white.

What am I doing wrong?

did you set the backplane to shadeless?
