Importing TGA files - Python Script error

Postby Seer » Mon Jan 12, 2009 12:01 pm

Please can someone help
I am unable to import .TGA (Second Life sculpt maps) into Blender without receiving the 'Python Script Error check console' message.

I have followed all instructions about installing Python scripts correctly. I am running Blender 2.48 and installed Python 2.5.4.

I can create sculpts using Blender and save them as usable .TGA files but I need to import .TGA files into blender to work on them.

Please , Please help
thank you

Importing “C:Documents and Settings\Xp User\Desktop\Second Life.Ink”

That looks like the name of a Windows shortcut. Try using the actual file.

File “C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation|Blender\.tga”

Your file is named .tga ?

Not a windows guy, but it looks like you are still having pathname problems. I notice the "Importing 'some-pathname'" line is missing from the lastest error msg.

Return to “Python”
