I try to code some plugin sequence in C but without manual or tutorial it's very hard...

If your trying to code your own sequence plugin, there
is the intro docs at:
http://www-users.cs.umn.edu/~mein/blender/plugins/plugindoc.html
Start by looking at fairly simple one...
say the robocop one or something and work your way up.
