Tooltip hotkeys - excellent!

I've never seen this before in a program but I really like it. It will greatly accelerate my learning curve. No more printing out several pages of hotkeys - now I can see them as I click my mouse. Blender as always is a fast program due to the great use of hotkeys as opposed to continually having to grab the mouse. This should really help newbies like me.
