when i try running blender on my windows xp computer the python console fails to load, thus blender dosent load. the python console will pop up, but then crash after it poped up, this computer hasent got internet and hasent been updated since 2005, i can bring an update to this computer via a flash drive, but i dont know what to try. can someone please help me

The most likely problem is poor OpenGL support from your videocard/driver. The usual advice about updating video drivers applies.
