Are there any tools that I can use to convert between .3DS file format to .BLEND?

I tried Reevan Mckay's script but it gets an error when it runs.

Hi

I use 3d object converter. You can download at ftp://ftp.elf.stuba.sk/pub/pc/graph/3dc32210.zip

It allows me read 3D Studio .3ds and save Blender .obj 3d objects. Then I load .obj in blender. Although this is not a total conversion between .3ds and .blend this allows me load 3ds objects in my blender scenes/games.
