i have 6 gb of ram, but i made it run off my hard drive with 20-25 gb, and it still runs the same.

Application load time? Faster CPU, SSD Drive
Screen Draw Speed? GFX Drivers, Faster CPU
Animation speed? Faster CPU, GFX Card
Rendering speed? Faster CPU or Bigger GFX Card if you are using GPU rendering
