chat icon can't remove Stamp from render

I'm attempting to render an animation but it's outputting my video with the file name stamped on the first 4 or 5 seconds. I don't have the Stamp option or any of the sub-options checked. Is this a bug?

Are you using VLC for video playback? If so disable OSD in VLC options
