Blender was working just fine until this morning when It started moving slow. It is not laggy just super slow motion. for example It takes about 1 minute to change a value. Please help, If this is a dumb question I'm sorry.

Are you using Software emulation for OpenGL?
or is your OS windows and you used hibernation? Sometimes hdd access becomes ultra slow after hibernation for some reason, reboot should fix it.

I do hibernate my computer however it's still broken even after two reboots...

maybe you lack chipset / video driver?
or do you have a really complex .blend loaded? Like 1 mio. faces?

Nope, it does it even when loading a brand new project.

Sorry didn't see the top bit, It only just started doing it before now it worked just fine.
