I don't know a lot about the blender plugin and it's capabilities. What i do know is that one of the major reasons of succes for the flash plugin today is that it is a great environment for creating frontend interfaces for backend database technology like jsp and asp and php. What i wonder is: does the plugin support basic post and get type of client server traffic. Could i build a site navigation with the plugin comparable to how flash will let you do this. Or will i be able to creat out-of -orbit forms i can submit to cgi type of scripts. Or even better: how about xml parsing? or socket connections (one of the really welcome later flash improvements).....
This is compelling indeed, but how about it. Can anybody tell me anything about this, or show me some sample code?
