links to older Blender Python API docs

Hi,

7 days after the release, I give you the generated Python API docs. As usual you can find them in the Documentation section (just find the item in the menu on the left).
Here's a quick link for the online docs.
And here's a quick link for the downloadable .tar.gz package.

With regards,
Michel

Any hope for 2.37 docs

Postby wibauxl » Mon Jun 13, 2005 12:10 pm

Any hope of getting documentation on the 2.37 version?
Mainly some documentation on the insertIpoKey.

Thanks,

wibauxl

afaik all the online documentation is generated from the inbuilt python docs in each function

so it is already there, you just have to do the following to read it

eg
this = insertipokey
print this.__doc__

and that should work on any function

There are docstrings in the code (sometimes!), but the online docs are generated with epydoc from separate files that live in the python/api2_2x/doc dir.

You can find the 2.37 bpy doc at
http://www.blender.org/modules/documentation/

I get a 404 Page not found when trying to access any of the links above.
Is there any alternative?

I suppose it disappeard.

The problem is, I don't know how to select DupliVerts and DupliRot buttons, using Python 2.42... Does somebody know how I can do that?

Moderator Note: Since the links here are old, I changed the title and made this topic unsticky.

A new sticky topic with a link to the current BPy API docs has been added.
