Hi,
Jahshaka is growing up to a great 2d and 3d Composing tool, like combustion and it is Open Sorce. The only way to import 3d objects to jahsaka is to save in the VideoScape format, I try this from Blender but it dont work's(for me).
So i think a cooperation between Blender and jahshaka are a great goal.
Import .blend and use of Images with the Zbuffer are reale killer features.
what you are think?
PS: Sorry about my bad english

I have been following jahshakas development for some time and completely agree. When it's complete - and when blender integrates better with other apps (i/o options) well have a very nice professional toolbox.

i do not know if opensource will ever be a danger for the comercial apps.
shake combustion or aftereffects have paid highy skilled programmers and also these companies often have patents on develloped technologies.
but i think as a hobby tool this would make a very nice app for compositing.

Does anyone (who knows a little about compositing) know the differences between Jahshaka and Cinnerlerra(
http://heroinewarrior.com/cinelerra_081202.php3). If one works better or is more mature than the other. I've downloaded both (at one time or another) but didn't do a whole lot with them.
Just looking for opinions
Thanks,
Brad Loos
