I guess during the redesing the link to procendings was not replaced:

There is just a small description, and we can not reach the procedings anymore. It is looking different in comparison to 2006 format for example:

http://www.blender.org/community/blender-conference/proceedings/

I hope thsi can be fixed! Its sad to saw Blender history being erased.
