Possible NaN Copyright Violation (Blender Logo)

Postby Ammusionist » Fri Aug 24, 2007 5:50 am

Noticed a thread in Blenderartists ( http://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?t=103737 ) that points to the following page:

http://www.templatemonster.com/flash-te ... 15766.html

Does the logo at the bottom of the "Flash Demo template" look more than passingly familliar? or is it just me.

Thought this would be the best place to post this.

Cheers.

cant find it. does it look like the blender logo or the nan logo?
nan does not exists anymore, difficult and pretty pointless to sue.
blenderlogo is a pretty strong brand in the 3d world. but ive seen in lots of other places with a little difference. I even click the firefox logo wanting to start blender, they stole the orange and blue. difficult and mostly pointless to take any action. Now if coca~cola or google start using simular trademarks then thats a different story.
