Hi again!
After posing a question about porting Blender to MacOS 9, I have decided to take a look at what would be involved in getting it up and running on MacOS 9. I think it would be pretty cool, if it was buildable via free tools, so while using Metrowerks Codewarrior would be fine, the basic requirements is the MPW tools ( [url]

I had a response to the other post saying that the main thing I will need to port is the GHOST library, but I have been looking around for other porting information, and I can't seem to find any! Are there any porting guidlines so I can see what needs doing? Does Blender need Python too?
Is anyone else interested in getting this effort off the ground with me? I am a coder, but I have to admit, all my experience so far has been with C/C++ under Windows and BeOS - but its fun to learn!

Take a look at the readme in the main blender directory.
That will give you a good idea as to what support programs are
needed etc...
