I am folowing the tubecleaner tutorial. It's
all going well but when I shoot the bullet's are going up...(/ <- direction)

How can I change it ?

try rotating it (look at the axis pointing to the direction they fly) or set the velocity on creation to another direction, you'll have to try which one is the problem
