Blender Modellers?

Postby Trolley » Mon Sep 29, 2008 11:12 pm

Hi there everybody....

I work a lot with blender, the only thing is that I, personally, am an animator, and as such I am rather terrible at modelling characters...:?

I am attempting to launch a project which will be a 10 minute short film, but i desperately need help with the modelling of the characters...I have been attempting to do a bit of modelling of the characters over the last couple weeks but with absolutely no luck at all....

I am putting this out there with the hope that somebody will be kind enough to give me a hand with the modelling of the characters....Unfortunately I cant afford to pay you for your services, so i am kind of hoping somebody will be in a rather good mood when they read this and offer their talents for no charge...obviously we can work out a deal with regards to accreditation and maybe future earnings etc...:)

If you feel like dabbling a bit with this project please let me know..you can send me an email trevor.koen@gmail.com

Once you email I will be able to explain a lot more about the project...

Thanks a lot ...hope to hear from you soon...

If you have not already, you might want to mention this in the user forums at blenderartists.org

If the offer is still open, I am available. I am relatively skilled, and you can benefit from my company. And some knowledge about rigging and animating would be great too. I don't really have a portfolio or samples for you, but send me an email showing your interest, and a general character idea, and i'll throw you a sample within a couple of days.

I'd recommend looking into anatomy, its helped me a great deal.
How the skull shapes the face, pelvis effects the waist, muscle defines the body...
