I eas to make a sword in blender that looks this.

What would be the best way of doing this? Im a newb at blender but have been working with it for a few months now. What method would i use to make the sword? How would i make that shape in the middle of the sword?[/url]

eBayISAPI.dll? and
ViewItem&item= in the right url
