Would it be possible to mirror/replace the forums by newsgroups?

What I dislike about current forums on Blender.org is that it's very slow to navigate and it's not very easy to see new messages and follow multiple threads in the same discussion.

And since there are many new messages each day, it's hard to read everything without taking far too much time.

With newsgroups, navigation is far more easy and a lot faster. And it's easier to see what is the message answered by another one.
