Miron Cuperman has written a script that allows the importation of a large number of csv files to create IPO curves. The script can be found here:

It is import_ipo.py

I have been using it to visualize molecular dynamics simulations such has this C60-C240 collision: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GPMdIZWWNLM

Notes:
-The csv files need to be in a zip file
-Miron has also written a very fast PDB importing scrip to import atomistic models (gmx2blend at the repository). I will expand on that in a separate topic.
