I've been looking through the PDF version of the manual, and I've written some stuff to fill in some of the (-) sections. Currently it's all plain ascii text, what do I need to do to get it to the manual?

Also there are a couple of points like that the index should only have chapter and appendix headings, the sub headings should be children of their chapter title, who deals with that sort of stuff?

So far I've only ever got CVS working If I'm a registered developer - anonymous cvs downloading doesn't seem to work for me. My bandwidth is tiny (56k dialup), so I can't easily download the 20MB doc source to get diffs from...
