As I work through the Blender guide I keep stumbling on buttons I don't know how to access...for example...how do I find the "clear", "shadeless - Togbutton", "Emit - Tog3button", "NumButton", "NumSlider", and "ME. Plane" buttons????
Cheers!
DJ.

You problably know this already too but, just as you can drag the button-windows with MMB you can zoom them with [-] [+] on your NUM-Keyboard...Does not work on the lists thought.

Not quite sure if I follow that one. I am using a laptop. So...pressing - + while on the blender buttons should dimish or increase tool bar?

Another quesiton
My 800 by 600 monitor won't display the "Info Bar" at the left hand top of the blender interface and Alt LMB won't bring it into view. Any tips to be able to see this?

If you download the latest 2.27 version of Blender there will be a button with an arrow at the very left of that bar. If you press that button the top-menus will dissappear and maybe the info will show.
