Hi all,
Here are the steps to reproduce the bug.

1. Transform the timeline view in 3D view
2. Replace the original 3D view by this new issued from the timeline
3. Create an object

Expected result: In the tools shelf, you should see the new created objects options

Result: these options don't appear.

Checked on Windows 7 64 and Ubuntu 64.
