is there any workaround to be able to use the Blender module in compiled games (save runtime)?
if not, this should made be possible in future releases somehow, some effects are very hard to achieve with only the GameLogic module (i.e. replacing an image for a face).

There is no workaround that I know of currently, but hopefully in the future, changing images/textures/meshes, etc will all be better supported in the game engine (and in realtime too).
