Hi everyone

I was wondering with what encoder software (version and maybe even the exact commandline) the official theora 1080p version of Big Buck Bunny has been encoded? I'm asking this because this movie is perfectly seekable and I always fail in generating perfectly seekable movies with theora..
Can anyone help me out here or point me into the right direction?
I hope this is not the wrong place to ask this..
