Hallo,

first sorry for my bad english...

Is 3D Studio MAX® R3 with Character Studio 2.2 better then Blender 2.28a ??? Wich of this Programms is esiar to use and learn ???

I want to make little Films and some Objects for Games...

Blender is open source and free, 3D Studio MAX is not. This is the main difference.

Please visit us at our artist's forum (www.elysiun.org) to have a look of what Blender can do

Well, first of all, this is hardly the place to be seeking unbiased opinions about Blender. Very Happy

Blender's interface can be pretty daunting at first glance, but if you're willing to spend a bit of time learning it, you'll be well rewarded by how quickly you'll be able to do things. And as S68 pointed out, Blender's price can't be beat.
Also, there are lots of non-English speaking Blender users, so the chances of finding help in your own language are quite good.

Check this thread for more... the linked list of tutorials should be helpful.
