After the first small spurt of info from the conference, it seems to have stopped. Is there any new information? About what happened? whats going to happened? What artwork was in the art festival?
I know people are busy... I'm just very curious as to what went on and everything.
I would like to know what went on as well. And of course if my submission for the art festival was shown or not
I think once the site stabilizes a bit there will be a few more updates.
well you should have been there
. it rocked...
now there are a few pics on blender.org. if you are interested. ton mailed us about some stuff he will put on blender.org. so there is something in line... no panic
btw. blender.org looks messed up when logged in?
I wanted to be there, believe me. I hope next time I will be.
There are pics on blender.org? Do you mean blender3d.org? The picutres in the gallery on blender3d.org were there before the art festival as well, so I guess those are not the ones you mean, or are they?
My blender.org looks fine when logged in.
there are some images linked from http://www.blender.org.
The main page over on the right. But it isn't much. It's been over a week and there isn't even a list of those that submitted artwork. I would love to just see how much participation there was from the community as well as getting any video taken digitized and online.
Does someone have access to all the art that was submitted? I would love to see it! Will it be getting posted online any time soon?
Bump indeed. I'd love to know what happened. It's been past begin december for quite a while (see BC2003 page)....
I know everyone's busy, but this is a community. When you have an event like this (Blender Conference), it's an opportunity to bring the community together a little more, or, to make them feel cut off. Maybe next year, someone can be assigned to be a kind of "reporter". I'm not holding out hope for more news about the Conference or about what was shown at the artwork showcase.
