i want to make a minecraft animation so i create a enderman i'm inporting bones in the body it are all bind and perfectly in the middel (so i press 1 and 3 on the numpat) and when i click on with automatic waights and go to posemode and tried to move his arm the bones are only bind so i'm not moving his arm but i'm moving his bones do somebody knows what i must do
1-Make sure the mesh is parented to the armature.
2-Add loop cuts at the joints of the mesh to allow the bones to hinge.
3-You may have to use weight paint editor and manually create weight for each selected bone.

Is there maybe a option wat i have wrong so by my fatgers conputer i tried wat youtubers did in video's (and what i always did by making a character) but there it don't work too so thats the newest widows 7 and i got a xp from 2004 i think theres a option wat u have wrong
Could you post a download link for the .blend? it would be easier to help that way.
ok i have fixed that problem(so i must just select the bone and the body) but now i have a other problem
when i tried to move the hand the whole arm is moving and its compleetly right so whats the problem of that

if you know that the weight painting it right, then add three loop cuts for the wrist to be able to bend on.
