Which graphic card is best for vfx?

My computer:

AMD FX-6100 (6*3,3 GHz)

16 GB RAM

Windowa 7 64-bit

GeForce 9800 GT

Which card should I buy? (max 320 USD or 1000 PLN)

Maybe quadro 600 or geforce gtx or some ATI?

i believe a GTX 580 / 590 / 680 outperformances any Quadro / FX card, but the next gen Kepler cards might become the new #1...
