Having trouble with mouse!

How to add this script to mouse, I need some kind of a tutorial for it!

Cont = getCurrentController()
Own = Cont.getOwner()
Sens = Cont.getSensors()
Sensor = Sens[0]

Height = getWindowHeight()/2
Width = getWindowWidth()/2
