vector rendering method

hello.
please, could the Blender dev team port Vector Rendering Method script from 2.49 script bundle to 2.6?
I could also donate something for this, in case just let me know.

In an Open Source project like Blender, work is coordinated, but essentially, people are working on what interests them - scratching their own itches, as it were. Some development is funded, like the Google Summer of Code projects, but there again, people choose their own area of interest.

Said another way, there is not Blender Development Team that can be tasked with specific jobs, but rather a bunch of people working on what interests them.

For porting your script, you might try contacting the original author.

I am not familiar with this script but perhaps there is another exporter or some new nodes that will give you what you need. The blenderartists.org forums might help here.
